    Artwork received for use on the Houston Calligraphy Guild’s website and promotional/publicity publications
      
    I, the Artist (defined below), do hereby grant the Houston Calligraphy Guild (HCG) a limited,
    non-exclusive, perpetual license to copy, and publish my artwork for promotion on the Guild’s website and in any promotional brochures/publications, without limitation as to duration or frequency of use. I represent that I am the author of and owner of all rights in and to the Artwork. My Artwork shall not be modified or altered, except for proportional sizing of original art for spacing purposes. I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation for this appearance.
     
    I agree to indemnify and hold the Board of Directors harmless from and against any liabilities, damages, suits and expenses (including attorney fees and disbursements) arising out of or in connection with the breach or alleged breach of any representation and/or warranty made hereunder.
     
    This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the undersigned and Guild concerning the subject matter herein. Any waiver, modification, or addition to this agreement shall not be valid unless in writing.
