2025 HCG Annual Scholarship APPLICATION 

    ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP OFFERINGS:
    The Board will announce three potential scholarship awards for Guild members at the meeting on May 10, 2025.
    • One Scholarship for a Complimentary local Major Workshop (1-2 days) sponsored by the Houston Calligraphy Guild.
    • Two Scholarships for $200 each for an in-person or virtual class/workshop NOT sponsored by the Houston Calligraphy Guild to help cover the cost of tuition.

    SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
    • A Member of the Houston Calligraphy Guild for 2 or more years and who has not received a scholarship within the last 4 years.
    • Only ONE Scholarship application is allowed per member.

    COMPLETE THE APPLICATION BELOW FOR OPTION #2:
    Two Scholarships for $200 each will be awarded for an in-person or virtual class/workshop NOT sponsored by the Houston Calligraphy Guild between May 2024 through April 2026.
     
    ​Option #2 - I understand my obligation to either:
    • Present a Meeting Program OR
    • Write a comprehensive workshop review for inclusion in a HANDSCRIT – both during the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Only ONE scholarship application allowed per member.
